Monique Smith, a City of Pittsburgh native is the Owner and Principal Planner of MoSFab Events. Monique uses her creativity and her passion for event design to create the MoSFabulous events. By day she is a Drug and Alcohol Program Specialist where she assists with the oversight of drug and alcohol facilities and connect individuals to drug and alcohol resources. Monique is also the Co-Founder and Creative Director of the GLOW Symposium, a personal and professional development conference, the Co-Founder of Miss Noir Belle, an academy dedicated to creating change-makers in black and brown young ladies in the Pittsburgh region through pageantry style programming. She also serves as the Vice President of the Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Pittsburgh & the Networking Chair for the Events Committee of the American Heart Association Young Professionals. Monique will continue to strive to truly be the change she wishes to see in the world by inspiring and fostering emerging leaders in the black community through mentorship, training, & volunteering. Monique is excited about bringing her planning and coordination experience to the Greenwood Week Planning Committee.
